United Unlimited, Auto Warranty Fraud

” CONSUMER WARNING – UNITED UNLIMITED WARRANTIES LLC. , and MR DARRYL QUARLES WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO PREY UPON SMALL COMPANIES TO STEAL MARKETING SERVICES. THEY WILL PROBABLY STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU DO AN AUTO WARRANTY CLAIM AS WELL.“

TransferStar had provided live lead transfers to United Unlimited Warranties, LLC and Mr. Darryl Quarles back in the last quarter of 2008. Due to regulations in the Auto Warranty industry, TransferStar made an executive decision to cease their auto warranty live lead transfers program.

United Unlimited Warranties LLC and Mr. Darryl Quarles had a remaining balance of $1000 left in their account. On 10/15/2008, TransferStar sent a refund check back to United Unlimited Warranties, LLC for the remaining balance left in their account. The check was later returned to TransferStar and subsequently, never cashed.

On 11/13/2008 TransferStar checked their online statement to find that United Unlimited Warranties LLC had put a claim in with their bank that the check by phone they paid TransferStar was a fraud and was subsequently reversed due to fraud by CitiBank. Please see the attached affidavit from Citibank, United Unlimited Warranties’ bank below. United Unlimited Warranties, LLC is stating that the check was fraudulent when TransferStar had a copy of the check and a signed service agreement to go along with this contract for live lead transfers.

Honest businessman just can not get ahead anymore without biting a loss by the fraud of fraudulent companies such as United Unlimited Warranties, LLC. If United Unlimited Warranties, LLC steals from the hands that feed them, what do you think they are plotting against their auto warranty customers? Do you actually think that one single person whom has a car warranty or any auto warranty would actually be taken care of when they are in need of automotive repairs? “

The Below, affidavit clearly show’s the intentions of United Unlimited Warranties, LLC taking advantage of marketing companies during the Christmas holiday season. Please carefully review this affidavit and you too will see the fraud and deception behind United Unlimited Warranties, LLC. If you look past this affidavit, I too am afraid you will be taken by the fraud of United Unlimited Warranties LLC and subsequently leaving you-the consumer liable for all repairs on your automobile when United Unlimited Warranties LLC sends the car repair man a fraudulent check as well.
